摘要
以六次甲基二异氰酸酯与二缩三乙二醇及甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯反应合成了带有活性端基有甲基丙烯酸氨基甲酸酯,进而与甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行共聚合反应,制备了一种新型的热固型透明材料.研究了材料的透光率、表面硬度、抗冲强度、线性热膨胀系数以及热转变温度等性能,并用透射电子显微镜观察了材料的微观形态结构.着重分析了材料的组成对其性能的影响.
A new thermosetting transparent material has been prepared by the copolymerization of MMA and methacrylated urethane, which is synthesized from hexainethylene diisocyanate,ethylene glycol and hydroxyethyl methacrylate. The optical transmittance, impact-resistance,surface hardness, linear thermal expansion coefficients and thermal transition temperature have been measured and a transmission electron microscope was used to observe the micro-morphologies of the material. The highlight of this study is on the effects of the composition upon the properties of this copolymer.
