摘要
提出了分离热敏性物料的新精馏方法,该方法综合了间歇精馏和连续精馏的优点,用一个塔处理多组元复杂料液并获得多个产品,同时又避免了传统间歇精馏时料液在釜内受热时间过长的缺点;用在精馏过程中加入惰性气体的方法来降低精馏温度,并较全面地考察了惰性气体对分离效率的影响.理论分析和试验结果均表明,该操作方法稳定可靠,对解决热敏性物料的精馏具有较强的现实意义。
A new method to distillate heat-sensitive materials is proposed. This method has advantages of both batch and continuous distillation, and overcomes the disadvantages of too long in heating materials as the traditional batch distillation. The multiproduct were obtained in treating multicomponent system with one column. This paper also presents a distillation method for heat -sensitive materials in addition of inert gas with a view to lowering the distillation temperature.The influence of the inert gas on the separation efficiency is thoroughly studied as well.The results of theoretical analysis and experimental investigation have proved that these methods are available for distillating heat sensitive materials.
