摘要
以硫脲和双氧水为原料合成二氧化硫脲工艺中,选择水为溶剂,A、B、C3种物质为反应助剂,通过正交试验确定了最佳工艺条件为:硫脲:双氧水:A:B:C:=1:(1.9~2.1):(0.05~0.1):(0.05~0.1):(0.04~0.08);反应温度为5~10℃;硫脲浓度:5%~15%;反应时间:投料毕,保温反应0.5~1L反应平均收率达85%以上。
In the process of synthesizing thiourea dioxide using thiourea and hydrogen peroxide as starting materials, water is selected as solvent,3varieties of substances,A,Band C,are selected as assistants,and optimumprocess conditions determined by the orthonormal experiment are:mole ratio ofthiourea/hydrogen peroxide/A/B/C equals 1/1.9~2.1/0.05~0.1/0.05~0.1/0.04~0.08;reaction temperature,5~10℃;concentration of thiourea,5%~15%;reaction time,after all materials fed,reaction is kept on 0.5~1h.Averagereaction yield is above 85%。
