苯乙酸车间废气的治理

摘要 以甲苯为原料,二步法生产苯乙酸的过程中,有大量的恶臭废气产生,严重污染环境。色谱分析废蒸气中恶臭源为异氰苄,臭源为苯乙酸。采用粗氰苄精制脱除异氰苄工艺和苯乙酸精制工序的封闭车间生产工艺,除去了苯乙酸粗品中的异氰苄和废蒸气中的异氰苄和苯乙酸。同时,提高了产品收率,改进了产品质量,降低了消耗。该法可推广应用于我国苯乙酸生产厂的环境治理上。 An amount of、waste vapour with foul smell,from two--stepprocess for producing phenylacctic acid using toluene as starting,has pollutedenviron ment seriously.Sources of foul smell in the waste,vapour are confirmedfirst as benzyl iso cyanide,next as phenylacetic acid by chromatography,Refinement of crude benzyl cyanide to remove benzyl isocyanate and refinement ofphenylacetic acid in a closed plant are carried out,bcnzyl lsocyanide is removedfrom crude phenylacetic acid,benzyl isocyanide and phenylacetic acid areremoved from vapour.Meanwhile, yield of product is increased, qualityof product is improved, consumption is decreased.The process may be appliedand disseminated to phenylacetic acid plants in our country.
