KH－209复合阻垢剂的研制

Preparation of Composite Antiscale KH-209

针对采用离子交换法处理锅炉用水时费用高且技术难以掌握等问题，研制开发了ＫＨ－２０９复合阻垢剂。该剂以有机膦酸盐和聚羧酸盐为主要原料，具有很好的用垢作用及一定的溶垢和缓蚀作用，适用于低压中、小型蒸汽锅炉及热水锅炉，阻垢率达９０％以上。

Seeing that ion exchange process for treatment of boiler feed-water is of high cost and difficult to master, composite antiscale KH- 209 is developed and prepared.The antiscale uses organic phosphonate and polycarboxylate as major materials,has antiscaling, scale-dissolving and corrosion-buffering action,is suitable for the steam and the heat-water boilers of low pressure and of mediate and smallsize,antiscaling rate is above 90%.
