摘要
为克服氧化草酸传统工艺消耗高、污染环境的缺点,采用了加压输氧新工艺。控制压力为0.2MPa,温度为65℃。改进工艺后,硝酸单耗降低1~1.1t,草酸成本降低1000元/t,NO排放量接近零。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of high consumption andenvironlnental pollution in traditional technique,a new technique to use pressure-feed oxygen is adopted in the process to produce oxalic aeid byoxidation method.The pressure is controlled at 0.2 MPa and the temperatureat 65℃ in this new technique,After improved,the unit consumption of nitricacid is reduccd by 1 to 1.1 t,the cost of oxalic acid is reduced by 1 000 yuan/t and therc is nearly no NO in the discliarged gases.
