摘要 为了解决中小印染厂废水处理问题,本着“以废治废“的原则,通过实验分析和应用工艺的开发研究,提出了利用钢铁酸洗废液处理印染废水的新方法,使以硫化染料为主的印染废水只需一级絮凝处理即可实现达标排放,CODcr去除率为85.4%;BOD_5去除率为78.9%,脱色率为98.5%,吨水处理费用0.35元。本方法管理简便易行,适合中小印染厂推广应用。 In order to solve the problem concerning waste dyeing water, the study puts for ward a new method to treat it by waste steel-washing acid through experiments and technical process development on the basis of utilization of wastes. The waste dyeing water from dyestuff with sulfur can be treated by flooculent and meet the national discharge standard according to the study results. The removal ratio of CODcr is 85.4% and the removal ratio of BOD_5 is 78.9%.The ratio of decolorization is 98.5%. The operation cost for treatment of per ton waste water is 0.35yuan(RMB). The method is simply managed and suitable for wide application in small-scale dyeing factory.
