摘要
研究了在稀硝酸介质中，亚硝酸根对溴酸钠氧化甲基红褪色的催化效应及其动力学条件，拟定了一个动力学光度法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法。该方法的灵敏度为８×１Ｏ－１１ｇ／ｍｌ，测定范围为０～０．６μｇ／０．０２５Ｌ．应用本法对水及土壤中痕量亚硝酸根进行了测定，结果较为满意。
In this paper, the catalysis and Kinetic conditions of nitrite in fading or methyl redin sodium bromide were studied in the medium of diluted nitricacid.Anew method to meas-ure trace nitrite withKinetic photometry was put forward. The sensitivety of the method was8 ×10-11g/m,and its range of measurement was 0～0.6μg/ 0.025 L. And satisfied resultswere got in real measurement of soil water and trace NO2-with the new method.
