摘要
对北京低山油松林和落叶松林下土壤过氧化氢酶动力学特征和热力学特征进行了研究。结果表明,两种林下土壤A层和B层的过氧化氢酶酶促反应的米氏常数、最大速度、最大速度/米氏常数、活化能和活化焓均有差异,但其活化熵和活化自由能差异不大。
The soils under Pinus tabulaeformis plantation and Prince Rupprecht'sLarch weresampled to study thc Kinetic and thermodynamic properties ofcatalasses. The results showedthat there existed certain difference in Michaell’s constants, maximum velocity, Vmax / Kmratios, activation energy and activation enthalpies between soils. B ut the difference ofactivation entropies and free energy ofactivation in soils were small.
