黄肉桃品种染色体核型分析

Analysis of Chromosome Karyotype of Yellow-pulp peach

试验采用去壁、低渗、火焰干燥法，对黄肉桃品种金童６、费雷德里克、新泽西洲３号（ＮｊＣ３号）的染色体核型进行了分析，其核型组成分别为：２ｎ＝１６＝２ｍ＋１０ｍ＋２Ｍ＋２ｍ（ＳＡＴ）、２ｎ＝１６＝４ｍ＋８ｓｍ＋２Ｍ＋２ｍ（ＳＡＴ）、２ｎ＝１６＝１２ｍ＋２Ｍ＋２ｍ（ＳＡＴ），其核型分类分别为１Ｂ、２Ｂ、１Ｂ型。

Abstract in this observation the karyotype of yellow-pulp peaches i.e.Baby Gold 6, Frederica,Nijc 3 were analysed by the cell wall removal low osmotic method. Their Karyotype formation is 2n=2x=16=2Sm+10m+2M+2m (SAT), 2n=2x=16=4m+8Sm+2M+2m (SAT), 2n=2x=16=12m+2M+2m (SAT),respectively. The classification of karyotype of each type respectively belongs to 1B,2B and 1B types.
