本文给出了质能关系式的一种简单的推导方法：从洛仑兹变换及波粒二象性出发，由洛仑兹变换下波函数的位相不变性导出动量、能量变换式，并由此导出质能关系式及质速关系式。

This paper put forward a simple deduction method of the particle-energy relationship formula: from Lorentz transformation and wave-particle duality and from the phase constance of wave function Under Lorentz transformation, we deduced the dynamic formula and energy trsnsformation formula, and in turn, deducing the particle-energy relationship formula and particle-velocity relationship formula.
