摘要
本文通过硼砂盐浴渗钒试验,对渗钒后的金相组织、显微硬度进行观测分析,对影响渗钒层的因素及其工艺特点进行分析探讨,并将此工艺应用于轴承的工模具,寿命提高五倍以上,取得较好的效果。
This paper, through vanadatizing experiment of borate bath, obserVed the metallognphic strUcture and analyzed the microstructure hardness, and exploded the factors that influence the vanadatizing layers and its technology features, we apply this teChnology to the tools and dies of bearings, their longevity improved more than 5 than, achieving better results.
