紫孢侧耳平菇原生质体再生无性系的变异性研究 被引量:11

摘要 用溶壁酶制备出平菇原生质体,经过原生质体再生,获得356个无性系菌株。从中随机选出31个原生质体F1代无性系,25个原生质体F2代无性系进行一些性状研究。所测的31个无性系F1代菌株都产生了新的遗传变异。所测的56个无性系中有31个茵株的生物效率显著高于亲株。所以,原生质体再生无性系的变异,可以丰富食用菌的品种资源,为高技术育种开辟了一条新途径。 Protoplasts of P.sapidus were prepared by cell wall lytic enzyme treatment, and were propagated asexually to obtain individual strains. The fruiting period, fruit boby morphology and quality were studied, and supplemented with antagonism test, and with the amino acids analysis to observe the variation of different strains. The Following results were obtained:1.The antagonism tests indicated that variants appeared at high frequency through asexual propagation of protoplasts; 2. The biological efficiencies of most primary asexually propagated strains were significantly higher (0.01 statistical significance) than the pareatal strain 3.The amino acid contents of fruit bodies of most primary asexully propagated strains were higher than the parental strain;e.g.the totlaaminoacid content and the essential amino acids content of strain E-16 was7.17mg and 2.38mg more than the parental strain respectively It is therefore concluded uded that the asexual propagation of protoplatsoffers a sure source of variation form which desirable strains can be selected.
