Study on Causal Organism of Strawberry Root Disease

草莓死秧在草莓种植区逐年加重，据１９９２和１９９３年２年调查统计，促成栽培草莓轻病区死秧２０％～３０％，重病区死秧５０％以上，有些棚几乎绝收。经对病株采样、分离、鉴定目前已知有５种主要致病菌，它们是丝核菌属（Ｒｈｉｚｏｃｔｏｎｉａ）、拟盘多毛孢属（Ｐｅｓｔａｌｏｔｉｏｐｓｉｓ）、三毛孢属（Ｒｏｂｉｌｌａｒｄｅ）、镰孢霉属（Ｆｕｓａｒｉｕｍ）、枝顶霉属（Ａｃｒｅｍｏｎｉｕｍ），经统计丝核菌属出现频率最高，为５０．４％，其次为拟盘多毛孢属，出现频率为２１．９％．

in resent years, the strawberry root disease was severely occured in strawberry growing areas. According to investigation, twenty to thirty per cent of the strawberry plant of forcing culture died in lightly infected area, and over fifty per cent in seriously infected area. In some areas, the strawberry plant of forcing culture was died out. By Collecting infected plants (sample), isolating, culturing and identifying, we found there are five important genus of causalorganism, such as Rhizoctonia, Pestalotiopsis, Robillarda,Fusarium, Acremonium, According to statistics, the first showing rate is Rhizoctonia(about fifty point four per cent), the second is Pestalotiopsis (about twenty-one point nine per cent).
