在分析了室内给水管网非最不利计算管路常规设计方法的基础上，提出了等流出水头设计法的方法、步骤。该方法具有提高供水可靠性、节省设备和管材等优点。

in this paper, based on the analysis of common disign procedures about building water supply net except control pipeline.A new method of calculation named'identical outflow velocity' is presented. With the analysis and comparison with other methods, the aidentical outflow velocity' method can increase the safety of building water supply and save material of pipeline.
