摘要
本试验以ＭＳ，１／２ＭＳ为基本培养基，研究了细胞分裂素和生长素对丰花月季茎段培养的影响。结果表明：两种细胞分裂素ＢＡ，ＺＴ单独使用和与三种生长素ＮＡＡ，ＩＡＡ，ＩＢＡ配合使用均能诱导丰花月季的茎段出芽，而单独使用效果更好。两种细胞分裂素比较，不论单独使用还是配合使用，ＺＴ的效果都明显优于ＢＡ。
The stems of Rosa chinensis Var. Floribunda were cultured with MS,1/2MS mediacontaining different growth regulators (BA,ZT ,NAA ,IAA ,IBA).The results indicatedthat the axillary buds of the stems of Rosa chinensis Var. Floribunda were all inducedwith media only containing suitable concentration of BA or ZT and BA or ZT mixed with suitable concentration NAA ,IAA ,IBA ,But the effect with meddia only containing BAor ZT was a bit better . The effect of ZT is better than AB.
