摘要
通过两年对王林、乔纳金、长富2,秋富1四个苹果品种及M7,M26两种矮化砧木脱毒及未脱毒苗木进行调查分析。结果表明脱毒苗木生长量大、叶片多、叶面积大、节间长,与不脱毒对照比较分别提高了55%~l17%,19%~56%,38%~ll3%,13%~40%.脱毒与未脱毒的品种、砧木间苗木生长动态存在显著差异,不脱毒者多数无明显第二生长高峰;砧木的叶片数目增加量为双峰曲线,而品种为单峰;节间生长动态正好与之相反。通过分析认为,脱除病毒提高了苗木抗逆性,恢复了苹果对不良环境的适应能力。不同品种及砧木间生长势存在差异,其大小主要决定于节间的大小,单株叶片数量差异不大。
Through the investigation and analysis of the growth of virus-free and virus-carried young apple trees including four cultivars :Ouin,Jonaglod,Nagafu 2 and Akifu l,and two dwarf stocks,M,aid M26 in l992~1993,it is indicated that the virus-rfee trees had greater growth quantity, more leaves, larger leaf area, and longer distance between joints,compared with the virus-carried trees,the virus-free ones increased 55%~117%,19%~56%,38%~113%,and 13%~40% for the above indexes,respectively.There were notable differences in the above trends between the virus- free and carried cultivars or stocks,In the later,the second growth peaks were not evident.In addition,there were distinct differences between cultivars and stocks,The increase of the number of leaves in stocks shows double-peak curves,but in cultivars,single-peak.The circumstence Of the length between the joints was just contrary to the leaf number.By analysing it is consid-ered that the resistance of elimimating virus from the young apple trees increased and their adaptability to harmful enviromnent regained.
