几种晚熟桃与大久保桃授粉受精所需时间的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过对丹桂、晚红蜜、绿化9号、雪桃4种晚熟品种桃,及对照品种庆丰,给大久保桃授粉受精速度的研究,以及它们之间的杂交亲和力、花粉生活力等研究。试验表明:大久保接受4种晚熟桃及对照品种花粉后,受精时间集中在14~38h内,而且,各供试父本品种与大久保杂交的受精时间,大都确定在6h的范围内;在杂交亲和力方面发现:晚熟桃与中熟桃的杂交亲和力较低;各供试父本品种的花粉生活力与其和大久保的杂交亲和力,呈一定程度的正相关趋势。 In the tests,the velocity of pollination and fertilization of Dajubao by four kinds of late varieties of peach, including Dangui,Wanxiangmi,Luhua No.9and Xuetao,and a control variety,Qingfeng,was studied.At the same time,the hybrid affinity between Da-jubao and the late varieties and thee. pollen activity were also analysed.The results sug-gested that the pollination was carried out in 14~38 hours after Dajubao accepted pollen of the late-mature peach and the control,and was accomplisted for six hours . Tothe hybridization,the affinity between late varieties and middle varieties was lower. Thepollen activity of paternal vareties was positively interrerrelated to the hybrid affinity to Dajubao in a certain extent.
