摘要
葡萄糖浓度是影响运动发酵单胞菌生产乙醇的关键因素。本文报道了在不同的葡萄糖浓度下固定化运动发酵单胞菌连续发酵生产乙醇的情况，并计算了在稳定状态下的各种动力学参数，实验结果表明：较高的糖浓度对生产乙醇不利。
The effect of glucose concentration is the main factor of Zymomonas mobills producing ethanol. In this paper,the effect of glucose concentration on ethanol production of immobilized Zymomonas mobilis was studied and kinetic parameters was calculated. High glucose concentration could inhibit its ethanol production.
