将程序教学的原则用于体操动作教学是一种尝试;作者通过实验证明,其效果优于常规教学。
It is an attempt to apply the principle of programmed instruction to movement teaching in gymnastics. Experiments of such an approach prove to be much better than the conventional teaching methods.
