本文从两个方面推广了环论中的挖补定理，一是减弱了定理的条件，另一是扩大了定理的应用范围，得到了两个重要结论．

In this paper, the theorem of taking out and patching in the ring theory is Popularized frow two sides. On the one hand, the condition of the theorem is weakened ion the other hand the range of the theorem is expended. We come to two important conclusions.
