摘要
该文在借助双向细目表命题的基础上，对植物生理学考试试卷的效度、信度、各试题的难度和区分度进行了分析，并对该试卷进行了评价。
In this paper,under the foundation of the table of specification,the validity,reliability of plant physiology text paper and the dificulty and distinguish of every text question were analysed,and this text paper was also appraised.
