在进行体育技能的教学过程中，对教学方法的选择都应遵循“教学有法，但无定法，贵在得法“，应在得法上下功夫。这对开发学生智能、加快动作技能形成和概念的理解是至关重要的。

In the process of teaching P. E. Skills, the selection of teaching approaches or methods,the principles should be followed that:'teaching should be guilded by law or methods,yet only by oppropriate ones in steal of fixed ones'. Teachers should pay more attention to 'appropriateness'. Which is of utmost importance to the development of the students mental ability,to their quick cultivation of the skills and techniques and to their appriciation of the concepts as well.
