摘要
本文对８０例非瓣膜病心脏病患者进行了研究。提出了诊断慢性隐性左心衰竭的Ｆｉｓｈｅｒ判别函数，并进而导出了一套积分系统。采用这一方法诊断慢性隐性左心衰竭的敏感性和特异性分别为９５．８３％和８４．６３％。从而为临床诊断慢性隐性左心衰竭提供了一种简便可靠的方法。
Eighty non-valvular heart disease patients were studied. A Fisher's discriminant function for diagnosing latent chronic left heart failure was proposed, and a scoring system was derived from this function for diagnosing latent chronic left heart failure.Both the discriminant function and the diagnostic scoring system had a sensitivity of 95. 83% and a specificity of 84. 63%. It proves that the diagnostic scoring system is a simple and reliable method in diagnosing latent chronic left heart failure.
