摘要
本文报告２８例内生软骨瘤病，分析了Ｘ线表现，并依发病部位和临床表现将此病分两型．轻型：１７例，平均年龄１８岁，病变主要局限于手部指掌骨．重型：１１例，平均年龄１２岁，骨骼受累广泛，多有短肢，弯肢畸形。
Twenty-eight cases of enchondromatosis were analysed radiologically.The disease was divided into two types(the mild and severe type)according to its position and clinical features.There were 17 cases of mild type with average age of 18 years,and its lesions were almost located in short tube bones of hands.Eleven cases were severe type with average age of 12 years and skeleton was affected diffusely with resultant deformity of the extremities.
