摘要
在用激光细胞显微仪对Hela细胞作大量生物效应的实验中,我们认为作为一台完善的细胞手术刀,必须根据高斯能量分布选择合适微光片,严格控制焦点处的激光能量密度,才能满足细胞损伤直径的要求,才可用于研究细胞生物效应。
When biological effects of Hella cells are studied with laser as thecellular knife, the following principle should be followed:to select properfilters according to Gassian energy distribution, and only thus, the radius of cellular damage can be well controlled.
