本文从生态系统的结构和演化出发，界定了沙漠化的内涵和外延，阐述了沙漠化发生发展的生态基础．内部自强化机制和外界扰动机制，分析了它与气候的关系，探讨了不同人类作用取向条件下沙漠化的可能演化方向．揭示了其中的人地相互作用规律．

Based on the construction and evolutiom of ecosystm,this paper defines desertization and elaborates the ecologic foundations from which desertization arises,self-strengthened mechanism in the ecosystem and interferential mechanism from the environment, especially from climate and human activities.It enunciates the internal and external causes fron which desertization arises and develops on the basis of analysing the interaction among subsystems in the ecosystem and between the ccosystem and environment. Fially it emphatically sets forth the strategies and steps which must be adopted when the relation between the human activities and ecosystem is readjusted in different area.
