摘要
本文以二-十六烷基二硫代磷酸吡啶盐为修饰剂,制备了表面修饰MoS2纳米微粒,并采用XPS、FTIR、TEM、XRD等方法对其结构进行了表征.结果表明:所得到的MoS2纳米微粒粒度均匀,平均粒径为10nm,表面为二-十六烷基二硫代磷酸离子所修饰,在甲苯、氯仿、丙酮等有机溶剂中有良好的分散度.
Molgbdenum disulfide(MoS2)nanoclusters prepared by dialkyldithiophosphate ion modification are reported.The nanoelusters were characerized by XPS,FTIR,TEM,XRE.Results show that the MoS2nanoeluster is capped with a layer of dialkyldithiophosphate molecules,and can be dispersed in organic solvent such as toluene,Chloroform.acetone ete and hasgood chemical and physieal stability.
