地下水资源管理模型在应用中的问题

THE PROBLEMS OF MANAGING MODEL FOR GROUNDWATER RESOURCE IN USE

本文总结出地下水资源管理模型实际应用中存在的三大问题：第一，管理模型建立自身存在问题；第二，模型研制者和决策管理者合作不够；第三，地下水资源管理比较混乱。对三大问题进行了详细的论述，并提出了解决问题采取的措施。

Three problems of managing model for groundwater resource in applying have beensummaried in the paper,the first is existing in model itself during the managing model beingestablished,the second is the coo-peration being not good enough between the model manu-facturer and the policy decision-manager, the third,the management for groundwater re-source is chaos. These three problems have been discussed in detail;and the measure ofsolving problem has been promoted.
