贯通式气动潜孔锤反循环钻进初探

摘要 贯通式气动潜孔锤反循环钻进是以压缩空气作为碎岩动力和洗井介质,配用双壁钻杆,实现全孔反循环连续取芯(样)的钻进技术。本文在对反循环钻进机理分析的基础上,提出了反循环钻头的设计依据和原则,并依据野外生产试验资料,确定了贯通式气动潜孔锤反循环钻进的设备配套方案、钻进规程参数和工艺技术措施。 The anti-circulation drilling of buried pore hammmer of through model with gas-operat-ed is a drilling technique using pressed air as power to break rock and flushing medium at-tached twic-wall pipes,establishing anticirculation continue getting core(sample)in pore.Based on the mechnism analysing of anti-circulation drilling,the authors have put forwordthat design bas is and principle of anti-circulation drill,on the basis of field producting testdata,the equipment necessary plan parameters of drilling rules and technological measure ofanti-circulation drilling of buried pore hammer of through.model with gas-operated have beendetermined.
