摘要
应用多目标规划的思想,建立了黄河流域水资源多目标分析模型,提出了大系统递阶动态规划的求解方法。该模型为协调国民经济部门对水资源的供需矛盾提供了一条新途径,所用算法能有效地克服多维动态规划可能遇到的“维数障碍”,黄河流域的实例验证了模型及其算法的有效性和通用性。
sing the method of multipurpose programming, the model of optimization of multiobjective allocation of water resources in Yellow River Basin is established, and the method of large-system hierarchical dynamic programming is presented to solve the model.The model pro-vides a new way to coordinate the conflicts among various sectors of the national economy in thc utilization of water resources. It is possible to remove the obetacle arising from the great number of dimensions by using the hierarchical dynamicprogramming algobrithm. The ex-ample of the Yellow River basin has provued that the model and the algrithm are effective and practical.
