摘要
采用室温组织破碎提取、闪蒸浓缩及DiaionHP—20和ToyopearIHW—40反复柱层析,从鬼灯擎根茎的70%Me_2CO提取物中分离得到三种酚性化合物,称RA—I~Ⅲ,经化学反应及1 ̄HNMR,(13) ̄CNMR分析,确定该三种化合物分别是岩白菜素(bergenin,RA—Ⅱ,1),(+)—儿茶素(catechin,RA—Ⅱ,2)和原花色甙元B—2单没食子酸酯(procyanidinB—2monogallate,RA—Ⅲ,3)。RA—Ⅱ及RA—Ⅲ为首次从该植物中得到。
