摘要
以烤烟(NicotianatabacumL.)品种NC89为材料,在盆栽条件下研究了干旱胁迫对烤烟叶片水分代谢的影响。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下烤烟叶片束缚水含量上升,气孔阻力增大,叶片相对含水量和自由水含量下降,叶片水势降低,蒸腾强度减弱,烟株对水分的蒸散量减少。而且上述指标均随土壤水分的变化而变化,表明它们对干旱胁迫的反应都很敏感。
The influence of drought stress on water metabolism in flue-cured tobaccoleaves were studied with cultivar NC89 ( Nicotiana tabacum L.)under pot experiment. The results showed that the bound water(BW)content and stomatal resistance(r_s)influe-cured tobacco leaves increased,while the relative water content(RWC),free water(FW)content,leaf water potential(ψ_w),and the rate of transpiration in the leaves de-creased under drought stress. Therefore,the amount of water evapotranspiration of tobac-co plants declined.Moreover,the above- mentioned indexes changed with soil water condi-tions,which indicated that the responses of these indexes to drought stress were sensitive.
