黄河鲤鱼血液的研究（Ⅱ）──三项血液指标的测定

Investigation on Blood of Cyprinus Carpio Haematerus T. et S.(Ⅱ)──Test on Three Blood Standard Value

本文对黄河鲤鱼ＣｙｐｒｉｎｕｓｃａｒｐｉｏｈａｅｍａｔｅｒｕｓＴ．ｅｌｓ．，２项血液指标的的常数值进行测定，结果是：红细胞数的全距为１．４０００×１０￣（１２）～３．３６５０×１０￣（１２）个／Ｌ，平均值为（２．３５５４±０．５４１９）×１０￣（１２）个／Ｌ；白细胞数的全距为０．４８７５×１０￣（１０）～２．４５００×１０￣（１０）个／Ｌ，平均值为（１．８１００±０．６１５０）×１０￣（１０）个／Ｌ；血红蛋白含量全距为７４～１０５ｇ／Ｌ，平均值为８６．６±８．９ｇ／Ｌ。比较雌鱼和雄鱼三项血液值发现，雄鱼的红细胞平均数、白细胞平均数、血红蛋白平均含量均高于雌鱼，对这种雌雄差异进行显著性分析，差异不显著。

This paper gives a detection on normal value of three blood standard value ofCyprinus carpio haemterus T. et S.. The result follows as:the range count of RBC is 1.400 0 ×10￣(12)～3.3650×10￣(12)/L and the average value is(2.3534±0.5419)×10￣(12)/ L;the range of WBC is 0.4875×10￣(10)～2.4500×10￣(10)/L and the average value is(1.8100±0.6500)× 10￣(10)/L;the range count of Hb is74～105g/ L and the average value is 86.6± 8.9g/ L. This paper has a comparison on the three blood standard value between male and female fish, Theaverage count of RBC, WBC and the average content of Hb of male fish are higher then those of fe-male fish.The differences between male and female on three chracteristics are all non-signiflcant.
