摘要
本文介绍了一种利用微波加热一压力浸提、消解技术测定腐植酸类肥料中水溶性腐植酸含量的新方法。并讨论了功率、时间、酸度等因素对测定结果的影响,与标准方法相对照,经t检验法及F检验法检验,没有明显差异,大大提高了测定速度。该法具有操作简便、省时、省力、经济、不污染环境、也不被环境污染、宜于大批量样品的测定、便于普及推广等优点。为水溶性腐植酸的测定提供了一个快速、准确、简便的分析方法,亦可借鉴于其它样品的分析。
This paper introduced a new method by using the technology of microwave-heating ,soaking out ,digestion under pressure in the closed vessel to measure water-solu-bity humic acid content in humic acid fertilizer samples.It also discussed the effects of suchfactors as power,time and acidity etc on the analysis result. Contrasted with the standardmethod and by using t- test and F- test to check up the result ,there was no significant dif-ference. The results were salisfactory,and itgreatly sped up the analysis. This method hadmany advantages,such as easy to operat;savable in time,labour and money.In addition,itdidn’ t pollute the environment,was appropriate for batch analysis and easy to spread etc.Furthermore,it provided an accuurate,simple and high- speed analysis niethod for the mea-surement of water-solubilitty humic acid in humic acid fertilizer samples.
