PVC膜强力霉素选择性电极的研制

Development of Selective PVC Mebrane Electrode from Deoxycycline

以强力霉素─四苯硼离子缔合物为活性物质研制成强力霉素ＰＶＣ膜离子选择性电极。经测试，其能斯特响应范围为５．０×１０￣（－３）～２．０×１Ｏ￣（－５）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ检测下限为１．５×１０￣（－５）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，斜率为５２．０ｍｖ．ｍｏｌ￣（－１）·Ｌ￣（－１）。电极用于强力霉素片剂的测定，其结果同药典法基本一致，相对标准偏差为０．２％。

The deoxycycline selective PVC mebrane electrode was prepared with deoxycy-cline-tetraphenylboate complex as the electroactive material. The linear of the electrodewas within 5.0×10￣(-2)～2.0×10￣(-5)mol/L,the detective limit was 1.5 × 10￣(-5)mol/L.Theslope was 52. 0mv/pBy using the electrode to measure the deoxycycline in tablets,the re-sults were better correspondent with those obtained by the method iri pharmacopoeia.Therelative standard deviation was 0.2%.
