摘要
以强力霉素─四苯硼离子缔合物为活性物质研制成强力霉素PVC膜离子选择性电极。经测试,其能斯特响应范围为5.0×10 ̄(-3)~2.0×1O ̄(-5)mol/L检测下限为1.5×10 ̄(-5)mol/L,斜率为52.0mv.mol ̄(-1)·L ̄(-1)。电极用于强力霉素片剂的测定,其结果同药典法基本一致,相对标准偏差为0.2%。
The deoxycycline selective PVC mebrane electrode was prepared with deoxycy-cline-tetraphenylboate complex as the electroactive material. The linear of the electrodewas within 5.0×10 ̄(-2)~2.0×10 ̄(-5)mol/L,the detective limit was 1.5 × 10 ̄(-5)mol/L.Theslope was 52. 0mv/pBy using the electrode to measure the deoxycycline in tablets,the re-sults were better correspondent with those obtained by the method iri pharmacopoeia.Therelative standard deviation was 0.2%.
