石斛组织培养与栽培技术的研究

Study on Dendrobium Tissue Cultare and Planting Techniques

研究结果表明，Ｎ＿６、ＭＳ等１４种培养基对曲茎石斛、铁皮石斛的种胚成苗率、种胚苗生长有显著作用，其中以Ｎ＿６为佳。在１／２Ｎ＿６培养基内添加香蕉汁（１５０ｍｇ／Ｌ），石斛种胚苗生长最好；若添加２ｍｇ／Ｌ或１ｍｇ／ＬＮＡＡ，可提高石斛种胚苗分蘖率６～７．１４倍。选曲茎石斛或铁皮石斛的茎尖、茎段、充实幼叶及其种胚、鳞叶期原球茎、种胚苗、幼根为外殖体，可培育出大批组培苗。栽培试验结果表明，石斛组培苗在特殊的环境条件下，５月上中旬栽培。用苔藓或腐乳质土覆盖幼根，成活率达９５％以上，且生长发育良好。

The research results showed that the embrvos of Dendrobium flexicaule Z.H.Tsi,S.D.San et L.G.Xu and D.candidum Walex Lind.could be cultured on N_6,MS andother medium. Among them N_6 was the best fellowed by SH and MS.The embryo seedlingsgrew best on 1/2 N_6 with 150mg/L of banana(Musa nana Linn.) juice adding to.When1mg/L or 2mg/L of NAA was odded, the tillering rate was increased by 6～7.14 times.Many parts of the D.flexicaule and D.candidum such as tip, part of the stem full shapeyoung leaf,embryo,embryo seedling and part of the young root could be cultured on N_6 orMS medium, and lots of tissue cultured seedlings could be bred.Planting results showedthat tissue cultured seedlings must beplanted under such special conditions as in the mid-dle of May,and covered by bryophyte or wet humus soil.The survival rate was over 95%,and the seedlings grew well.
