摘要
研究了盐胁迫对棉花组织培养的影响。结果表明，随着盐浓度的提高，愈伤组织的诱导率降低，生长量减少，含水量降低。盐胁迫抑制了愈伤组织的分化和植株再生。随着胁迫次数的增加，愈伤组织的存活率增加。
This paper studied the effect of salt stress on cotton tissue culture. The results in-dicated that.Along with the increase of NaCl stress concentration,the induction rate of callus was reduced ,the callus growth was slowed,and the moisture content of callus was reduced. NaCl stress inhibited the differentiation of callus and plant regeneration.With the times of NaCl stress growing the survival rate of callus was increased.
