本文建立了一个新的通用范围较广的极大极小不等式，以此为基础研究了仿紧集上的拟变分不等式，从函数的凸性与集合的紧性两方面推广和统一了若干近期的重要结果．

A new and more general minimax inequality theorem establishcd.Asapplications,we shall use this theorem to study quasi-variational inequalities on paracompact sets,Theresults presented in this paper unify and improve many recent results from the convexity of functionsand the compactness of sets.
