摘要
用亚硝酸盐形成法和硫代巴比妥酸比色法分别测定了139例不同期煤矽肺患者(0+、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)和47例煤矿接尘工人血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶活力和脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量。结果显示,各期煤矽肺患者血清总SOD活力均较对照组显著降低,且主要表现为CuZnSOD活力的明显下降。而各期煤矽肺患者血清LPO含量则显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。表明煤矽肺发生发展与机体自由基代谢的失衡有关。
The superoxide dismutase(SOD)isozyme activities and lipid peroxide(LPO)contents in the sera of 139 coal workers with silicosis of different stages(O+,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ)and 47 healthy nonsiliccois workers exposed to coal dust were determined with nitrite formation method and thiobarbatic acid colorimety,respectively.The results showed that the total SOD activities in patients with silicosis of different stages were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).It was mainly due to the significant decrease of CuZnSOD.The LPO contents in the serum of the patients mentioned above were higher as compared with those of the control group(P<0.01).It suggests that the occurence of silicosis may be tclated with the metabolic imbalance of the free radjcal.
