肿瘤患者淋巴细胞和粒细胞超氧化物歧化酶活力分析

摘要 测定了52例消化道肿瘤患者(21例结肠癌,21例胃癌,10例食管癌)外周血淋巴细胞、粒细胞的铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZnSOD)、锰超氧化物歧化酶(MnSOD),并与48例健康人进行了比较。肿瘤患者粒细胞总SOD、MnSOD、CuZnSOD活性均显著高于对照组,淋巴细胞总SOD活性亦较对照组显著升高。淋巴细胞SOD活性以及MnSOD含量远大于粒细胞。提示肿瘤患者淋巴细胞和粒细胞SOD活性增高可能与免疫功能有关,值得进一步探讨。 Superoxide dismutase isoenzymes(CuZnSOD and MnSOD)activities were analysed in the granulocytes and the lymphocytes from 52 patients with visceral carcinoma(10 cases of esophageal carcinoma,21 cases of gastric cancer and 21 cases of intestinal carcinoma).The results were compared with those obtained from 48 normal controls.Total SOD,MnSOD and CuZnSOD activities in the granulocytes from the patients with carcinoma were found to be significantly higher than those from the controls(P<0.05).Total SOD in the lymphocytes from the patients with tumor showed significantly higher activities than those from the controls(P<0.05).The SOD specific ectivity and MnSOD contents in lymphocytes were greatly higher than those in granulocytes.The results suggest that the high SOD activities in the lymphocytes and the granulocytes in patients with tumor may be related to immunefunctions.
