无创法测定正常儿童左室后负荷及其收缩功能的研究

Noninvasive determination of left ventricular afterload and contractility in normal children

利用超声心动图测定左室内径和室壁厚度，结合袖带血压计测量收缩压，测定了８０名正常儿童（年龄４～１４岁）的左室收缩末期室壁应力（ＥＳＳ，左室后负荷指标）及其与收缩末期左室容积指数的比值（ＥＳＳ／ＥＳＶＩ，左室收缩功能指标）。着重分析了两指标与性别、年龄及心率的关系。结果显示：两指标均不受这些因素影响。提示：正常儿童的左室后负荷及收缩功能是相对稳定的。此外，本研究还提出了ＥＳＳ和ＥＳＳ／ＥＳＶＩ的儿童正常值。ＥＳＳ为１７１±１０Ｎ／ｍ２×１０２，ＥＳＳ／ＥＳＶＩ为６．６±０．４ 。

Left ventricular(LV)end-systolic wall stress(ESS,an index of afterload) and LV end-systolic wall stress to end-systolic volume index ratio(ESS/ESVI,an index of myocardial contractility)were estimated by combining echocardiographic LV dimension and wall thickness with cuff systolic blood pressure in 80 normal children aged from 4 to 14 years of age.The results showed that ESS and ESS/ESVI were unrelated to sex,age and heart rate.This article also presents the normal values of ESS and ESS/ESVI in children.
