苯海索降低兔局部脑缺血脑钙积累和钠、钾、水转移的作用 被引量:2

Reductive effect of trihexyphenidyl on brain calcium accumulation, and Na,K,and water shifts in rabbits with local cerebral ischemia

摘要 苯海索250μg/kg冲击量给药及25μg/kg·min静脉注射治疗兔大脑中动脉闭塞性脑缺血5h,明显降低脑钙积累40%,降低脑Na+、K+、H2O转移分别为61%、67%、3%。同生理盐水对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05),与钙拮抗剂维拉帕米作用相似。苯海索的保护作用机制可能与其选择性扩张脑血管,增加脑血流量有关,亦与其钙拮抗作用有关,提示苯海索可能具有保护脑缺血作用。 Trihexyphenidyl (Tri) in boluses in a dose of 250 μg/kg, and 25 μg/kg, min,Ⅳ significantly reduced the calcium accumulation by 40%,and the sodium,potassium,and water shifts in the local ischemic brain by 61%,67%,and 39%,respectively,5h after the middle cerebral artery occlusion. The effects of Tri were similar to verapamil. The beneficial effects of Tri were probably related to the selective dilation of the cerebral artery, the increase of cerebral blood folw, and the antagonism of calcium. It is demonstrated that Tri may potentially possess the protective effect on cerebral ischemia.
