小鼠Lewis肺癌热耐受动力学研究

摘要 我们用荷Lewis肺癌的NIH小鼠,以平均直径倍增时间为终点,进行热耐受动力学研究。将带瘤腿浸入43±0.1℃的水浴中进行局部加温。小鼠以腹腔注射60mg/kg戊巴比妥钠麻醉。在43℃加温25min后,间隔0,8,16,24,48,72,96,120,144,168,192,216和240h再给第2次加温。结果表明,43℃加温25min后,肿瘤迅速产生热耐受性,在24h达到最大值,然后逐渐减弱,而在96h后减弱很慢。热耐受性的存在,减弱第二次加温的疗效。 The kinetics of thermotolerance was studied on NIH mouse bearing lewislung carcinoma by mean diameter doubling time(MDDT)as the end point.Local hyperther-mia was given by immersing the tumor-bearing foot into the water bath kept at 43±0.1C.NIH mice were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of pentobarbitone sodium at 60 mg/kg body weight.After 43℃ 25 min heating,at intervals of0,8,16,24,48,72,96,120,144,168,192,216 and 240 h,the second heating was done to NIH mouse bearing lewis lung carci-noma. The results showed that after 43℃ 25 min heating,the tumor rapidly developed ther-motolerance which reached the maximum at 24 h and then gradually weakened,and veryslowly weakened after 96 h.The existence of thermotolerance weakened the therapeutic effi-ciency of second heating.
