鼠伤寒患者血清中鼠伤寒杆菌外膜蛋白抗体的分析

ANALYSE OF OMP ANTIBODY IN SERA OF PATIENTS SUFFERED FROM TYPHIMURIUM

本文对鼠伤寒患者抗鼠伤寒杆菌外膜蛋白（ＯＭＰ）的体液免疫应答进行了分析，发现恢复期患者血清中存在高效价的ＯＭＰ抗体，而且以ＩｇＧ型抗体为主（＞１：５１２０）。免疫印迹试验（Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎｂｌｏｔ）分析恢复期血清识别的主要是３６ＫＤ蛋白带，即微孔蛋白（Ｐｏｒｉｎ）。提示ＯＭＰ有可能用于诊断鼠伤寒杆菌感染及作为保护性抗原制备亚单位疫苗。

The studies reported here were undertaken to assess the ability of the outermember protein(OMP)of S.typhimurium to induce a humoral immune response in patients.It has been found that IgG and IgM serum titers of convalescent sera.Much higher than thecontrol serum titers.Sera from patients reacted mainly with a protein of 36 kilodalton(porin)as determined by western blot.These results indicate that OMP antibody may be of diagnos-tic value and porins are the major immune response induced in the infection could be relatedto the protective status.
