摘要
本文报告郑州市两个村庄的环境与人体健康调查及卫生学评价。农田灌溉在张化庄用污水,东周村用清水。结果表明,污水灌溉区(SIA)的稻田水呈腥臭味,氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮的含量分别是清水灌溉区(CIA)稻田水的22.4、5.9、3.3倍;原污水的化学需氧量(COD)和5日生化需氧量(BOD5)高于污灌区稻田水;污水灌区稻田水的COD和BOD5高于清灌区稻田水;污灌区稻田水中的总大肠菌群和寄生虫污染高干清灌区稻田水;污灌区调查人群的HBsAg、蛔虫卵及肺结核感染率高于清灌区调查人群。
This paper reported the environment and population health survey and hy-gienic evaluation for two villages in Zhengzhou City. The farm irrigation utilized sewage inZhanghuazhuang village and clean water in Dongzhou village. The results showed that thepaddy field water in sewage irrigation area(SIA)appeared stinking and the contents of ammo-nionitro,nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen were 24.4,5.9 and 3.3 times as much as thosein clean water irrigation area(CIA)respectively.The chemical oxygen demand(COD)and thebiochemical oxygen demand in 5 days(BOD5)of prime sewage were more than paddy field wa-ter in SIA. COD and BOD5 of paddy field water in SIA were more than that in CIA. The totalcoli-group and parasitic contamination of paddy field water in SIA were more than that inCIA. The infection rates of HBsAg,ascariasis and pulmonary tuberculosis for investigationpopulation in SIA were more than that in CIA.
