郑州市正常孕妇血清雌二醇、游离雌三醇、孕酮和垂体泌乳素测定

MEASUREMENT OF THE REFERENCE VALUES OF SERUM ESTRADIOL,UNCONJUGATED ESTRIOL,PROGESTERONE AND PROLACTIN THROUGHOUT PREGNANCY IN NORMAL WOMEN IN ZHENGZHOU

采用放射免疫分析方法，对１９９０年１０月～１９９２年１０月期间在我院妇保门诊产前检查健康的孕妇测定了血清雌二醇、游离雌三醇、孕酮和垂体泌乳素。结果显示：孕妇个体之间差异较大，导致参考值的范围较宽。提示：一次测定意义不大，只有连续测定，观察其动态变化，才具有临床意义。

The serum levels of estradiol,unconjugated estriol, progesterone and pro-lactin were measured by RIA in normal pregnant women from Dec. 1 990 to Dec. 1992. Theresults showed that the scope of the reference values is relatively wide due to big differencebetween individual.It’s indicated that single measurement has less significance and only con-tinuous measurement has clinical significance.
