肺结核化疗中发生肺念珠菌病的临床观察

THE STUDY LUNG CANDIDIASIS DURING THE TRATMENT OF LUNG TUBERCULOSIS

我院近两年共收治肺结核病人９７６例，住院化疗过程中有２４例并发肺念珠菌病，发生率２．５％。临床特征为：①以热带念珠菌和白色念珠菌为主；②基础病多为重症肺结核或有较严重的合并症；③抗痨药物联用种类越多，发生率越高；④酮康唑及制霉菌素治疗效果较差，本组治愈率仅为４３．８％。

patients sufferring from lung tuberculosis were treated nealy two years,24 cases of which were complicated by lung candidiasis. The incidence was 2.5%。 The clinicalfeatures were as the follows :①Candida tropicalis and Candida albicans were primarypathogens bacteria.②These primary lung tuberculosis was serious or with serious complica-tions。③The more kinds of anti-TB drugs were used,the more high incidence was。④The re-sults were poor with the use of ketoconazoe and nystatin ,the cure rate was only 43.8%inthis group.
