芦笋升白口服液的抗肿瘤实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON ANTIUMOR OF ORAL LIQUID OF ASPARAGUS FOR ELEVATING LEUCOCYTE

本文用小鼠研究芦笋升白口服液的抗肿瘤作用。结果表明：该药对Ｓ３７肉瘤和Ｌｅｗｉｓ肺癌的肿瘤重量抑制率（ＴＷＩ）随剂量增加而提高；在剂量为０．６ｇ／ｍｌ，０．４ｍｌ／次·天×１０天时，对Ｓ３７肉瘤的ＴＷＩ为６２．７％，Ｐ＜０．０５，对Ｌｅｗｉｓ肺癌的ＴｗＩ为６４．３％，Ｐ＜０．０５；在剂量为０．８ｇ／ｍｌ，０．４ｍｌ／次·天×１０天时，对Ｓ３７肉瘤的ＴＷＩ为６９．６％，Ｐ＜０．０２，其对Ｌｅｗｉｓ肺癌的ＴＷＩ为７２．３３％，Ｐ＜０．０２。

The antitumor effect of oral liquid of asparagus for elevating leucocyte werecarried out in mice. The results indicated that : tumor weight inhibition (TWI) rates were el-evated with increasing the dose of drug in S37 sarcoma and Lewis lung carcinoma;at the dosesof 0.6g/ml by 0.4 ml/time/day for ten days,TWI 62.7%and P<0.05 in S37 sarcoma andTWI 64.3%and P<0.05 in Lewis lung carcinoma;at the doses of 0.8g/ml by 0. 4 ml/time/day for ten days,TWI 69.6%and P<0.02 in S37 sarcoma and TWI 72.3%and P<0. 02 inLewis lung carcinoma.
