含不同浓度乳果糖的改良GAM培养基对双歧杆菌生长的影响

THE EFFECT OF GAM MEDIUM MODIFIED BY THE VARIABLE CONCENTRATION OF LACTULOSE ON THE GROWTH OF BIFIDOBACTERIUM

双歧杆菌是一种专性厌氧菌，在代谢过程中能发酵多种糖类，产生乙酸和乳酸，使结肠ｐＨ值降低，从而抑制肠道其它致病菌的生长和减少氨的重吸收。但它本身又是一种不耐酸的细菌，当ｐＨ值低于５时，自身生长明显受到抑制。本文经研究在含不同浓度乳果糖的改良ＧＡＭ培养基上双歧杆菌的生长情况，得出结果，如果培养基中乳果糖的浓度≥４％时，双歧杆菌菌落明显减少，此时培养基的ｐＨ值低于５。本实验的目的旨在探讨临床合理用药或同时采用一些其它扶植双歧杆菌生长的措施提供一定的参考依据。

Bifidobacterium is an obligate anaerobes.With this kind of germ ,varieties ofcarbohydrate could be fermented to form acetic acid and lactic acid.As a result,the pH valueof colon is decreased ,and the other pathogenic bacterium could be depressed as well as therepeated adsorption of ammonia is reduced.The bifidobacterium is an acid-sensitive germ. When the` pH value is below 5 ,the bifidobacterium growth would be significantly depressed. In this study,GAM mediums modified by variable concentration of lactulose solution are usedto observed the growth of bifidobacterium.When the concentration of lactulose is more than4%,the colony of bifidobacterium is reduced sinificantly and the pH value of the medium isbelow 5.This result may be helpful in directing clinic treatment of hepatic coma.
